Page isn’t loading correctly until refresh – Plugin issue?

I’m working on a client’s site that loads fine when I hit refresh, but on the initial page load, random images won’t load, CSS formatting is off, etc. I’m not sure if it’s a plugin issue (using Autooptimize and Cloudflare and Siteground Plugin) or if it has to do the the “redirect cannonical” error with the HTTP and HTTPS.
Looking for any advice on how to fix the glitches within this site?

How do I change that out? I have it set but I guess it doesn’t show.
It might be something unique to a plugin or the theme you’re using. Are there any options to set a placeholder images for those background videos?

I’m not familiar with the Siteground plugin, sorry! So I can’t provide any specific tips.
