    Do the titles of your Pages have any non-ASCII characters in them? That is usually the culprit. A non-ASCII character can mean something else to a browser.

    I figured out what it was. In footer.php of the classic theme, you need to move

    <?php get_sidebar(); ?>

    to the main page templace near the top. for some reason it doesn’t work if you put it at the bottom. thier was another post here that gave me the idea, but i forgot the search strin i used to call it up, or i would post a link to that article here. i hope this helps anyone else out who may have a problem like this with a template they are making, modifying or just recieved.
