Page items above h2 tag not showing

  • Hi, been testing the plugin and really like it, but I have a question.
    I use the plugin to navigate to different pages (1,2,3,4..) of the same article.

    When it goes to page two it goes to where the <h2> is located on the page. everything above this, like the header, nav links and such are not seen and I have to scroll back up the page to see them.

    Is there a way to just have it display the whole page?
