Page jumps with banner ad

    When I place a banner ad on the page, first the page does not have the ad. Then It pushes the content down. Then the ad appears. It doesn’t seem to use asynchronous loading. I don’t see any settings for it to use asynchronous loading. How can I fix this. Thanks!
