Hi! I have a multilingual website with WPML: Spanish (primary) and English (secondary). I have a pre-filled message for the entire site and it works perfectly in both languages. But when I want to replace that message at the page level with a more specific one, the replacement is only observed in the secondary language (English). In the main language (Spanish) the default message for the entire site is displayed, that is, the page-level values ??of the Whatsapp number, call to action and Pre-filled Message fields are completely ignored for the main language.

Any ideas on how I should resolve this?

    Greetings

    Hi,

Thank you so much for the message.

We understand there is a possibility of conflict if the pre-filled text in the main settings and the page-level settings are the same. If so, please change it, clear the cache, and test.

If the issue still exists, is it possible to share screen shots of
    main settings prefilled message and
page-level settings prefilled messages for both languages.

    and page url.

    Have a nice day,
    Thank you

Hi!… Thanks for the quick response…. I have been able to solve the problem.
For some reason the strings for the “Whatsapp Number”, “Pre-Filled Message” and “Call to Action” fields are saved in two different domains: “admin_texts_ht_ctc_chat_options” and “Click to Chat for WhatsApp”. When translations of those strings are done in the Click to Chat for WhatsApp domain, those translations are not replaced by the values ??of those fields at the page level. On the contrary, if the translations of the Click to Chat for WhatsApp domain are deleted and the translations are made in the domain strings admin_texts_ht_ctc_chat_options, those translations are perfectly replaced by the values ??entered at the page level

I hope this information helps you improve this wonderful plugin.

    Kind regards
