Page Link Manager Problem

Hi I’m having problems with the Page Link Manager plugin. At first the plugin was working fine but now I can no longer remove keywords and the only way I can add new keywords is with the csv box. I’m ok with adding then via the csv box but I really need to remove some of the keywords I’ve entered. What could be causing this? and what can I do? Thanks
