• I have created a page -https:// https://www.bkmconstruction.com. I have created a page called “Our Services”, and under it I have 4 child pages. Those 4 child pages work -however when I try to click on the actual “Our Services” tab (the parent page) -it doesn’t work. If you hover over the tab, it shows a “#” in the link to where it will take you. Any idea how to fix this? You can see the problem at the URL above.

The child pages work fine… But I want to be able to also link to the parent ‘ our services’ page.

I’m not a power user by any means, so I don’t know what might be causing that, but I can suggest a work-around. Create another sub-page called “All Services” and put the information there. That will get the information out to your customers at the very least.

I had a page link like that but it looked dumb to have two ‘our services’ pages… The parent page should work but doesn’t.

Have you tried switching to the Twenty Ten theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?

Yeah… It does the same thing.

Try deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s)

Ok – I switched to twenty ten, and it now works. But I obviously want to use the other theme, which I have switched backed too… any ideas on what to change to make this work with the current theme?

Whats strange is – down at the very bottom, on the left where I have the “pages” list – if you hover over “Our Services” – you can see it will take you to the correct link. Just the navigation bar won’t work.

    I found another site – https://www.wpwebhost.com/

It has the same problem, on its parent drop downs – it shows “#” as the link, and you can’t click it to go anywhere. Its another eleganttheme as well.

    Try Elegant Themes Support: https://www.elegantthemes.com/forum/
