Page links dont work

    I am setting up a worpress blog on a hosted account. When I go to my site and click on any of the links to pages etc I get an error message such as the one below when i ckick on the contact page link.

    The requested URL /contact-2/ was not found on this server.

    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    Can anyone help me with this
