Page load is very slow with Shift Body

    is it possible to fix or disable Shift Body only option?

    You could disable the Shift Body and then set the wrapper to be an existing wrapper element from your theme. That would prevent the plugin from needing to wrap your site in an extra div and thereby repainting the entire DOM, which I’m assuming is what’s taking some time.
