Page navigation in Thesis theme

I set up my front page to be a static page using the instructions found in WP support– I created a page called My Front Page to show as the page people first see when they visit my blog; and I created a page called Blog where my posts show.

However, the Home navigation graphic link is still on the homepage, as is one called Front Page. WP/Thesis creates these unwanted links on the homepage automatically when you create a new page.

How do I get My Front Page (my static page) to link to the Home nav graphic and delete the My Front Page graphic?
