Page navigation not working

When I click page 2 at the end of my blog feed on youglowgal.com the same data from the homepage is shown. I’ve tried several suggestions on other WP posts but none have worked so far.

the following are true:
-current version of WP is running
-switched permalinks to default, no dice
-disabled all plugins, no dice

The only addition I’ve made to index.php is
