Page not cached by WP Super Cache

I just noticed that with latest version when I check the option ‘Don’t cache pages for known users.’, pages are NEVER cached, even for anonymous user.
If I access the website from Incognito browser and with fresh browser cache, in the source code of the page at the bottom I see :
<!– Dynamic page generated in 0.564 seconds. –>
<!– Page not cached by WP Super Cache. Check your settings page. Not caching requests by known users. (See Advanced Settings page) –>If I uncheck the option, pages are cached. But I don’t want to use cache for known users. Can this be fixed asap ? Or did I miss something ?

ok, my bad. I have two servers with identical website (load balancing). On the first server I encounter the problem described above.
On the second one however, things are working as expected.I believe it must be a PHP or Apache configuration issue. What do you use to find out if people are logged in or not ?
