I believe I adjusted some user information as well as some permalinks.

What exactly did you change?

I created a new user.

But I am guessing it was when I was in general settings and changed the WordPress address and Site address.

I changed it from https://www.intoourcommunity.com/blog/
to https://www.intoourcommunity.com

I thought I could do that??

Change the urls back. See Changing_The_Site_URL for details of how to do this correctly.

Yes, thank you that is what I thought as well but I can not log into anything to do so.

Thanks. I have been reviewing the page you suggested and they offered a number of solutions. However, as I am so new to this I am not sure which one is best. I literally just started my blog so I have nothing on there when I locked myself out…
