This has been reported many times. It is very likely to be security software on your server blocking the Ajax request due to the size of data. WooCommerce translation files are larger than most.

    Similar issue solved recently: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/error-translating-woocommerce-plugin/#post-10569866

Note this is not the same thing as post size limits set by your server or by PHP, so if you plan to contact your hosting provider, don’t let them fob you off with their standard responses. Push them to check security rules.

If you plan to sort this yourself, see: https://localise.biz/wordpress/plugin/faqs/ajax-errors

My providor says nothing is blocking
    in consol it says this

?v=2.0:6 WebSocket connection to ‘wss://public-api.wordpress.com/pinghub/wpcom/me/newest-note-data’ failed: Error during WebSocket handshake: Unexpected response code: 403

Your provider is most likely wrong, as something is evidently blocking the request. My experience is that this is almost always a security rule. How hard you push them is up to you, but this is regularly reported and regularly solved.

Error during WebSocket handshake: Unexpected response code: 403

I don’t think this is relevant to the problem you’ve reported. It’s probably a separate issue occurring around the same time.

Is there another way to translate woocommerce?

I can only advise on usage of my plugin.
