• I am receiving a Page Not Found error when I attempt to View any of the product pages. I paid for a reseller program I can’t even use! Please advise.

In the admin dashboard, go to Settings->Permalinks and confirm that the permalinks are configured properly. Sometime WordPress is able to detect if there is a problem and will make a suggestion

In addition you can override Reseller Product Permalinks at the bottom of the settings page.

My permalinks are set correctly. I tried installing the plugin on another one of my sites and experienced the same issue.

Do you have the woocommerce plugin installed also? You may have to change the permalinks if both plugins are using products as the base permalink.

WooCommerce has its base set to /shop/%product_cat%/ but I can confirm that by changing the Reseller Store’s permalinks to /cloud-products/ everything now works as expected. Thank you for your assistance.
