    Hi guys,

I wonder if you can help with this one.

I was doing my usual business of uninstalling and installing plugins on WordPress when all of a sudden my left panel (the one with all the options i.e. Pages, Dashboard, Posts, Appearance, etc..) didn’t work anymore. Anything I click in there either leads me to my homepage (within WordPress environment) or to a basic WordPress (like when you start building a website) “Page Not Found” page. The only thing I can load is the dashboard.

This happened specifically whilst uninstalling Envira Gallery plugin and installing NEXTGEN gallery plugin.

    Can anybody help please?

    Thank you in advance.

  • Hello @walmon hope you are well today

I think the problem is about the NEXTGEN plugin it’s better if you deactivate this.

Since you do not have access to the WordPress administrator, then you can disable it by renaming the plugins folder from /wp-content/plugins/plugin_folder

    Hello @gydoar

Thank you for your quick reply. I hope you’re well too.

How would I access that folder to change the name of it?

Also, once I am finished with it should I rename it with the original name?

    Thank you for you help.

Never mind, I have now sorted the issue by going to cpanel and deleting the NEXTGEN gallery plugin folder.

Thank you very much for your help!
