Page Not Found

    Hi, we were using the Directorist plugin some time ago, but after using it for a few months we stopped using it and uninstalled the plugin as we no longer needed any directories.

    But recently we installed the plugin again and tried to set it up for the site. All the pages are linked with shortcodes and they are linked. But some of the pages are not working. If you check the link where we need help it says page not found.

    We deleted all the pages that were created by the previous installation of the plugin and then regenerated all the pages again. It did not work. Please help.

  • Hi @f0rsaken, sorry about the delay, we were on the weekends.

    I just checked the page, it loaded but looks like Directorist is deactivated on your site. Could you activate Directorist and ensure three things:
    1. That category (announcement) exists.
    2. That page (single-category) is set as the Single Category page on Settings > Page Setup.
    3. You have flashed the permalink (WordPress Settings > Permalinks > Save) after ensuring above items.

    This should take care of this, if it doesn’t, let me know.
