Page not found

    I have a website with different courses added through Tutor LMS.

    Every couple of minutes, the whole pages return as page not found.

    Until I restore the files from a previous backup, it remain functioning for couple of hours maybe then disconnect again and return page not found.

    I contacted the hosting plan provider and said everything is working well at their level and referred me to the plugin developers.

    I tried to update everything such as wordpress, plugin Tutor LMS, etc. but still having the same problem.

    Any idea how would be possible to figure out this bug ?

  • Hello @zahibaroudi,

    You may have a corrupt .htaccess file or the file is not writable. You can delete this file then regenerate it by navigating to WordPress settings > general- by clicking save changes button or you may need to install WordPress core files again.
