Page not found 404 when saving profile

We have a working user role as Artists that works fine, but a new user role called Green Communities that leads to a 404 error when saving the profile. I have a the Profile form shortcode in the User page along with the Artists. When saving an Artist, it will save back to the profile without the query string. But when saving a Green Community, the um_action=edit query remains as it reaches the 404 error page. It seems I may be missing something for this profile?
