Page not Found After Changing Permalink to /%postname%/

I used wordpress as cms for my site,i used windows hosting, i got trouble about permalink when i change my permalink to any other particular /%postname% page not found error comes i have delete all my database and file from domain and install it again and again but still got problem..
I want help from WordPress developers
any one from customer care please help……
