Page Not Found after upload

When I upload a blogger XML file, it chews on it for a while, then redirects me to
/wp-admin/admin.php?import=blogger&step=1&_wpnonce=62b56277dd, which doesn’t exist. “Oops! That page can’t be found.”Any ideas?
