Page not found appears after submit

hi,

i have a form that i cannot get to work on my site. when I click the submit button it should send an automatic reply and forward to a “success” page.

instead the url stays the same and only displays a typical “page not found” error. also no mails are sent.

i tried different solutions, but cannot find the issue.

please check “paintballtraining.at/anmeldung”. right now there are two forms on the same page (first one is fine). even with only one form, the second one just doesn’t work.

for testing you can submit a dummy registration.
