Page not found, pemralniks don’t work for pages

    I was happy with the work of wordpress as my cms till now. I got few problems that I couldn’t resolve through forums:
    1. After I publish a page (not a post) it does appear on the recent entries. However, when I follow the permalink – the page is not found. Probably this happened after All in one SEO plugin being installed. When I switch off all plugins and publish a new page (or edit the one didn’t work) the permalink works. All the permalinks for pages that has been created before are working even when the plugins are active.
    I have 5 plugins active at all time: recent comments, entries and most commented; all in one seo and search everything. Permalink now appear to work _sometimes_ when last two are deactivated.
    The other possible explanation would be other plugins that I tried and than deleted. They could make some changes to wordpress that now causes the problem.

    The other problem is that the permalink options page doesn’t load in admin area. I have tried to upload original versions, but no change.

    And third problem is that when I publish a page it doesn’t come back to “new-page.php” it stops loading at empty page.

    When I switch off all plugins and publish a new page (or edit the one didn’t work) the permalink works.

    2. Try to upload a fresh wp-admin folder

    1. I need these plugins to work. However, the WP worked before with them activated.

    2. I have tried that.
