• Hello. I’m experiencing the following problem: After creating a menu item that has no link, that menu item becomes not clickable on desktop (as it should), but it is clickable and results in a “page not found” error on the off canvas menu, after it has been clicked or tapped 2 or 3 times.

  • Hi @johnquail,

You should put a # (hashtag) to that Menu item that has no link URL, and you should have no problem.

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??

Adding the # creates a clickable link that leads nowhere, which is bad for user experience.

Could you just fix the problem with the hamburger menu so it’s not clickable when the URL field is empty? That’ll make behave the same way than the normal menu, as it is intended.

It seems an important bug. I’ve requested this several times to premium support through your website but for some reason it seems I can’t get the message across.

    Hi @johnquail,

That’s how it works and it is not a bug. Please correct me if I am wrong. Actually, adding a # (hashtag) for an empty URL is a common thing on website world.

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??
