Page not found redirect

    The FS contact form works fine since I started using it. However, today, when I make new contact form, or edit any existing form and save changes, it redirects me to my wordpress site with blank content except for the message:

    “Oops! That page can’t be found.
    It looks like nothing was found at this location. Maybe try a search?”

    No new form created and edits are never saved.

    How can I fix this and use the plugins once again?

    Further checking reveals:
    1. Copying existing form to a new form – returns “Oops! That page can’t be found. It looks like nothing was found at this location. Maybe try a search?”
    2. I can create a new form by copying and pasting all settings from existing form to the new form, except, it cannot add new fields. When creating new field and saving changes, it returns “Oops! That page can’t be found. It looks like nothing was found at this location. Maybe try a search?”
    3. After few attempts, my IP is being blocked, and I would have to request my hosting company to unblock it.
    I hope someone could help me fix this problem.
    I am using wordpress 4.4 and the latest tesseract theme by Tyler Moore.

    Hi, which version of the plugin are you running? Do you have a cache plugin installed?
