"Page Not Found" when creating new pages with a Parent Page

  • I created a the page “Grinders” under the parent page “Processes.” Then I decided to move the page under the parent page of “Products & Services,” now I am getting this error message:

    “Page Not Found

    We’re sorry, but the page you are looking for isn’t here.

    Try searching for the page you are looking for or using the navigation in the header or sidebar”

    I tried to create a new page, it works. So I tried to created a new page under the parent page “Products & Services” and I got the same error message.

    So I changed my .htaccess file permissions, nothing happened
    Then I updated my Permalink Structure, nothing happened
    Then I created a new, blank .htaccess file and updated my permalink structure, nothing happened
    I deactivated all of my plugins, nothing happened

    I want to throw this computer out the window. What do I do?
