Page Not Found with Title at the end of URL

I am running a blog with wordpress and having a problem of page not found in a very different manner which made me unable to figure out the reason behind this.
I installed the useronline plugin which shows the users online at the website and also reports you about the posts or pages users are viewing.

From last some days when i check the user online status it gave me a very different report showing most of the visitors at the “Page Not Found”. and When I go to check the page url it shows me a different URL which is somewhat like this
https://www.stayupdated.info/final-fantasy-v-1-0-2-ipa-ios-4-3-or-later-full-free-download/Stay Updated
Now when I click on the referal link from which url it is referred to this page then it will show the following URL
https://www.stayupdated.info/final-fantasy-v-1-0-2-ipa-ios-4-3-or-later-full-free-download
Please help me out why visitors are found to be at “page not found” with the page url and ending with site title “Stay Updated”
I am so much worried aboyt it please if any body could guide me in this respect.
