Page not loading

Okay, this is my second time posting this question, but it has still not be resolved.

My page https://checklisttheblog.com has not been loading for 3 days now. When I asked why last time, everyone said that I had to go to www.ads-software.com because my site was hosted through godaddy. I’ve confirmed with them that it is not being hosted through godaddy, I only purchased the domain name through them. It is, in fact, being hosted by wordpress.

I’m just a little frustrated because I’ve been getting so much conflicting advice from people – is there not a support number I can just call?
