• I am creating this website for my boss – I have zero background in websites, so any responses will need to be explained as though you’re explaining to a child. (my kids probably know more about this stuff than me haha)

My colleague created this website – a direct copy and paste from another website that we host through WordPress Avada. She then went on to customize the website.

This week I made an update to this page (linked) and now whenever we try and access the page it looks like you’re accessing it from a mobile browser, plus some ugly things, and some of the legacy website elements appear (the photo of the ocean).

My other colleague (who knows a little about websites) has taken a look and attempted to sever the legacy website from the existing; however, it looks like something may have been missed.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Since that is a commercial theme, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best: https://theme-fusion.com/support/

Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working properly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.
