Page not processing after checkout form & CC details entered

    Hey Guys,

    Each Time I test run a purchase with my own credit card, the page is unable to process.

    Instead, the screen-view shifts north (above the Checkout-form and displays a red-line (normally if you missed some part of the form such as ‘name’ or ‘address’ it would display it here).

    There is no error message, the page just doesn’t process after trying.

    Everything is filled in properly and Paypal checkout works fine, so I can’t figure it out.

    Has anyone else dealt with this before?

    This type of issue has been discussed on other forums but i need your help to rectify it So please allow me to fix it and help me to support community as much as i can

    I have a demo store where this plugins works but your case is unique till now so i need to know what caused this so please get in touch so i can help you resolve it

    Hi Narzul,

    Thanks for your immediate response, I’ve just sent you the email with details of the issue.

    As I said above the issue is that the page is unable to process credit card payments using Stripe add-on.

    I just sent you another mail requesting wp-admin details however Jut to make sure you have added the API keys in plugin Settings right ?

    Hi Nazrul,

    Thanks for your help!

    For anyone who encounters this problem in the future and is reading this, the issue was that I had not completed my sign-up with Stripe website https://www.stripe.com/ and received the API keys. These are two random numbers generated for you to keep secret and use to process payments.

    They are automatically generated when you sign up.
