Page not showing up in Customizer

  • Hello! I’ve had this same issue before, and for a while it fixed itself but now it’s happening again- when I go to make changes in the Customizer, my page doesn’t show up.
    I can send a screenshot if that would help- basically I just see the customizer sidebar on the left side, and a blank white page on the rest of the screen. Help!

    Could you send me the URL to the page where I can take a look at it?
    Does the page shows up again when you leave the Customizer?

    Yes, the page shows up when I type in the address (www.atwi80dates.com), it’s just in the customizer that I can’t see anything.

    Have seen this issue, introduced in WP4.8. We confirmed by rolling back WP (and then back again) as it’s not advised to be out of date. We disabled all plugins to rule out any conflicts, check your browser inspector and look at your error console – the fault should show here for you only (as you need to be logged in to see it), this could clear up whats blocking the script from running! ??

    @navessa7 – This would need some investigation on your part. Go to this option in your browser https://prntscr.com/fj5pw9 while logged in and on the Customize page and let us know what you see.

    I have the same issue. only the left panel is showing, the rest is empty. I want do some changes on the theme but the theme customizer is not showing. How can I solve this problem ?

    Thank you for getting in touch with us.

    It might be some plugin issue. Please try to deactivate all plugins one by one and see if that helps. Could you send me also the URL to your page so I’ll take a look at this?
