I have been working on a site that had been updated to your most up-to-date plugin version (4.1.0) and noticed that there were changes to the order of some of the sub pages. I have a fairly deep site (4-5 levels). With the updated version the pages that I most recently updated were not staying in their original order (which is very specific – they are not ordered in any type of auto way) and I know this because I just reinstalled 3.6.2. and they went back to WP order that I had put them in. I tried using the legacy check box in 4.1.0 but all that did was order my pages alphabetically, which is also not correct. I am using a couple of other plugins (WPML for translation and Pages Tree for page ordering) and the newest version of your plugin doesn’t completely sync with either of them very well and they do (or did) with 3.6.2.

In the newer version what is the default order for pages? I really like your plugin as it was the only one that I found that worked well for a multi-level page site, but the newer 4.0+ versions seem to make some fairly radical changes to the code. Is that correct?

    Hello Doug,

I have released an update which should do the trick. The legacy mode will now give you exactly what you had before the update in case you don’t like the new changes.

I have also fixed the ordering.

    Cheers
