• Hey guys, hope you’re all well.

I set up my own website using GoDaddy’s WordPress Managed package but have run into a few problems. Pages and post register as being mobile-friendly in Google Search Console and the Mobile-Friendly Test but the screenshot provided shows the menu without styling and overlapping the page/post’s main text. When I load the site up on my phone, I don’t see any of this.

The Mobile-Friendly Test tells me that the page was partially loaded and that a bunch of page resources couldn’t be loaded as they were blocked by robot.txt but I’ve checked my robot.txt and I haven’t blocked anything to my knowledge, so unsure what’s going on.

Here is the link to the Mobile-Friendly Test results: https://search.google.com/test/mobile-friendly?id=jGDcbHr4cKq-2fATbmm1Nw

I’m using the ZoxPress All-In-One WordPress theme. Any help would be appreciated!

    Thank you.

  • Sounds like you need some help with that theme which is a commercial theme so you’ll need to contact the person or company who sold that to you… I think it may have come from ThemeForest.

We volunteers here have no access to any documentation for any commercial products.

    Hope this helps!
