Page Permissions Not Working

Hello,

I am working on a site and need to lock down certain pages to certain levels. I have created a level called BOD Member and when I lock down a page to that level the members are not able to access it, we get the standard “This content is for…” error and the user is prompted to log in or join. The odd thing is that this issue is intermittent. When I first set it up it did not work, after a bit of time, maybe a couple of hours, it did work fine. I assumed the permissions just took a bit to propagate. Now several days later, a week plus, the page is no longer accessible.

I have the page locked down to the one member level, me and the president of the club are in this level, neither of us are able to view the page. Earlier today i was able to view it just fine.

What could be the issue here? Any assistance you could provide would be appreciated.
