Question before we pull the trigger on the Premium plug in: is it possible to have the page/post title pass through to the email notification in the Subject line? For example we use the same form on multiple pages and it would be nice to see quickly when we receive a form which page it came from. Right now it only is able to pass the page URL. For example we can have the subject show “Request from https://www.domain.com/page-name/other-sub-page?trackingcodeblahblah” but can we show “Request from Page Title”?

    Hello @reactionmass,

    Thanks for your inquiry.

Dear user, as for now we don’t have an option to use page title, so you can take only page URL .

But you can enter our Submit your Idea section and add this feature request.

We periodically pass through the list and add user required features.

Thanks Zhanna, follow up question: is there a way to easily pass the URL through to the database so we can see what page the form came from in the WordPress Formmaker Submissions list? We’ve missed some emails before and found Formmaker submissions in the list we never received via email, but we cannot determine what URL they came from. Emailing the form, we have the pare url pass through, that’s no problem, but how can we see URL if for whatever reason we did not receive the email? Anything we can do in Hidden Field?

    Hello @reactionmass,

Yes, that is possible by writing custom JavaScript for the hidden field.

To get the JS code, please write to our support team using the following form.

Please mention this forum post link in your email.

    Thanks ??
