• I run multiple wordpress sites on single site installs.

A lot of them won’t update (as in, the loading circle next the “UPDATE” button just keeps rotating for an hour plus). This seems to have begun with 4.3 – 4.3.1.

I’ve confirmed SQL servers are working and connected, and have disabled all plugins/ optimized and fixed tables. I’ve done a 4.3.1 reinstall as well with no luck.

    Can anyone help me?

  • Have you tried switching to a default WordPress theme? To rule out a theme conflict.

    Hi kmross,

Thanks for the suggestion, all installs are running a completely different custom theme, but I can’t afford to have it swapped out since they’re client sites.

Any suggestions on how to do this without affecting custom-build installs?

I’ve been able to modify SQL tables to update some pages for now, but this takes wayyy too long.
