Page protection not working

Hi, thanks for your help but this is not what I’m trying to achieve. I have set my pages to protected but I still do see all content. But it should be hidden.

I do see the protected pages even if I’m not logged in. Even if I visit the page from another computer or from my mobile phone.

Hi, did you also protect the Categories? If you did protect the Categories and followed the instructions from the URL above, can you check the following documentation.

yes I did but it’s still not working. I did find out that this plugin is not compatible with my theme.

If your theme is not triggering the standard WordPress’s core “the_content” filter on pages then it won’t work unfortunately.

We have been using your plugin successfully for a while but today we had an issue with 1 page which we could not protect. The page is https://catchy.ie/test-page-for-members/.
The page was set to be protected, but as you see some of the content is not protected and the default “members only” message is not displayed. The plugin works perfectly on all the other pages we have tried. We have tried copying the page, and manually copying the content into a fresh page but the problem persists.

We are using the Supreme Directory theme from WP Geodirectory, and we are using Visual Composer as a page builder.

Just wondering if there’s an obvious solution we may have missed?
