Page Refresh Required to See Changes

  • I just took over a WordPress website and I noticed that it requires a page refresh to see the “real” way the site should look. The differences are subtle, but are along the lines of font size and padding.

    I looked up this issue and saw posts regarding forcing page refresh, and how to modify the CSS filename, but this site uses the wp_head function and I can’t figure out how the CSS filenames are derived from this. I’m not even sure this is the issue.

    Any suggestions?
