Page Refreshes / Request URI Too Large

I am getting this error when trying to manage galleries or albums.
Request-URI Too Large
The requested URL’s length exceeds the capacity limit for this server.I can add images ok, but not manage galleries or albums. I have all the latest version of everything. 2.0.66.33 and WP 4.0.1.
