Page Reload To Solve Picture Problem

Hi,

I am getting complaints from IE8 users that there are thin, white, horizontal lines through the pictures on the some of the pages, including…

and

The IE8 users say that once you reload the page or enlarge the pictures the lines go away, which brings me to my questions…how can I make the page load twice automatically, or does someone have another solution?
