Page reload without fancy url ex: "/?v=1ac84998a0b2"

Hi,
W3 Total Cache works fine, I have only one question:
Step by step user action:
1, User get the site page with url parameter. It’s okey, page loaded succesfull.
2, User close browser (browser delete url history and cache)
3, User open the browser, retype main web site url, and get blank white page. (User and the browser don’t remember url parameter! example: “/?v=1ac84998a0b2”)

I have to empty all cache or have to delete only PHP session file.

I try Apache (Enhanced disk) and IIS (Wincache), It’s no solution.

Please help!
