Page request not found from some users

Hello,

I started using your plugin about 2 weeks ago on two wordpress sites that I managed.

I started getting reports of Page request not found from some users when attempting to load the WordPress. I immediately thought it was an issue on their end or with the hosting company. However I’ve been able to track it down to only occurring when enabling your plugin. I can reproduce on the fly now from my work PC.

1. Enable plugin
2. Cant load wordpress site
3. Can load /wp-admin
4. Disable plugin
5. can load wordpress site.

Any idea what would cause this?
