Page returns to top on each click

Hi I’ve set up the plugin and created a shortcode near the bottom of the page https://www.waregionalcapitals.com.au but I have a problem with the plugin. When clicking through, the page returns to the top each time rather than just clicking through the ‘file system’ to get to the download file.

I’m assuming there should be some Javascript or something that keeps the Simple File List window in the same position on click and doesn’t refresh the main browser page each time, so returning it to the top of the page. This, with its current functionality is clearly not usable…
