    Hello Team,

First of all, thanks a million for making this plugin easily available.

I’ve followed the installation instructions and all seems to work when hitting the TEST CACHE button.

I have three questions I’d like to ask:

1- is it recommended by default to enable “Automatically purge the OPcache when Cloudflare cache is purged” and “Automatically purge the object cache when Cloudflare cache is purged”?

2- Should I remove the “Remove Query Strings” plugin that is installed? It is right now disabled, FYI.

3- Last but not least, the site is divided into 4 sites, i.e., 4 languages (for historical reasons) : / for English (which in WordPress translate to /site/), /fr/ for French, /es/ for Spanish, and /it/ for Italian.

In Cloudfare’s Page Rules management, the rules are then as follows:

    1- https://www.discoverypublisher.com/*
    Cache Level: Cache Everything
    Enabled

    2- https://www.discoverypublisher.com/it/*
    Cache Level: Cache Everything
    Enabled

    etc.

Logically, the first rule, i.e., /*, should handle all the others as hierarchically they are under. Should I then remove the /it, /fr, and /es Cloudfare rules?

Far from being an expert in this field, please do not hesitate to share your comments and observations should you look at the network traces.

    Thank you

One note: the WP Cloudflare Super Page Cache plugin is installed on / and /it at the moment. I will install it on the other sites shortly.

    – Keep op opcache option enabled as it is mostly enabled on all sites
But if you have a object cache installed which is not in most sites then you can disable the OPCache option.

    – If you do not like to have the query string added to the URL for logged in users then you have to use the Worker mode as when you use the default page rule mode the query string will get added for loggedin users to ensure they do not see cached contents.

Now coming to the answer of your question no. 3, you should install and setup the plugin separately onall of your language sites and due to that each of those those will create a page rule for that site which you should keep in the Cloudflare dashboard.

    Hi Saumya,

    Thanks for the answers.

What happens if the Page Rules that are under the main site, i.e., /fr, /it, etc. have been removed while keeping the / site on? Will Cloudflare not cache these sites at all? Is there a way to verify that? FYI, I’ve removed all Page Rules except the main one (/), so I’m left with this one now:

    1- https://www.discoverypublisher.com/*
    Cache Level: Cache Everything
    Enabled

    Thanks, Saumya.

    – Well you can test it out. But as those page rulesare being added by the plugins installed on those sites I would recommend not to remove them as they might cause issues. But you can definitely try removing them. Also do not add the page rules by yourself or edit them. Instead if you have deleted the page rule and want to add it back, go to the plugin settings of that website and click on disable page cache and then enable page cache so that they gets created via the plugin.

Well, it looks like it’s working:

This is for the main, / site: https://imgur.com/a/DgIshuK

This is for the /it site: https://imgur.com/a/Y5D4WNU

    I’ll keep watching.

Thanks Saumya, have a great weekend.
