  • Hey there jakobbader,

    Hope you’re well today!

Sorry to hear you’re having issues with the plugin. First lets rule out possible conflicts. Can you try on using default WordPress theme like Twenty Fifteen and deactivating all other plugins as displayed in the following flowchart to know which theme/plugin is conflicting if any.

Please let me know if you find anything ??

    Hi Bojan

Thank you for taking the time…

How you want me to do that? I have no access to the site, all I get is a white page with above message! It was a fresh WP install with the theme Hueman plus two of the theme recommended plugins about photos/thumbnails. That’s it… so I guess I have to delete the whole thing and start over?

    Cheers

    Jakob

    Hey again Jakob,

You do not have to delete everything. You can do simply access your installation files via FTP, rename the plugin folder to for example plugins-old and create new plugins folder. This will will do a soft deactivation on all plugins and you should be able to access your admin. Once there switch to another theme and move the plugins one by one to see if this will happen on default theme.

After that you can deactivate plugins in your dashboard and try to activate only your theme and custom sidebars to see if they are conflicting.

Please let me know if this helps ??

    Cheers,
    Bojan
