Page Scroll activity after posting a comment and reloading comment page

    Sorry to say that, but the strange page scroll activity still persists in a new version.
    I press comment, some time passes, and then page reloads. instead of appearing instantly to the previous stage of page, it wiggles a bit up and down, sometimes twitch fast a bit and then stops. that does not happen when plugin is off.
    I guess there is a code that tries to show the page just under the “Post a Comment” line of the page. Couse it always tries to get to that spot of the page, even if I refreshed the page when view was at the top of it. I don’t think thats a good thing.
