Page scroll to id

  • Hi,

    I use menu item as:
    https://websitename.com/menuname/#whatever

    And I use link within the page as:
    title

    The problem is that it doesn’t want to work between menus. So when I’m already in the “menuname” page, then I click on the “menuname/#whatever” menu item, it works. But when I click from an other menu, not.

    Could you suggest something?

  • If you want to add anchor links referenced from other pages, you need to add:

    ‘name_of_site/menuname/#whatever’

    You only need to use ‘menuname/#whatever’ when the link and anchor is within the same page.
