Page set by default

Hello,
I already purchased a theme with a maintenance mode template page.
What I need is to set this page as default whenever anyone try to visit my site, even at the home page or any other directory (mysite.com/folder/folder1/folder2/ecc…/)
Does this plugin help me with that?
