• The above page shows up fine in Chrome but does not show up in Edge or Firefox. I checked everything I can think of on the back end and don’t see the problem. The navbars show up OK but the body of the page (it’s a block in WP) does not show up in Edge or Firefox, but shows up normally in Chrome. Thanks for any help you can give me. It’s not about the password; it’s just about the page display.

The pages look the same in Chrome and Edge, as far as I can see:

    What’s missing in Edge?

Steven, thank you for responding. What’s missing in Edge is the main body of the page which features the links including the link to enter a password for the RRCC 2022 Membership Directory). In Chrome this main section with the links shows up, but in Edge (and in Firefox according to a user but I don’t have FF) it does not. I don’t see anywhere to attach the two screenshots I made to show you. I am going to paste the links in here but it may look bad. These are the links that are missing in Edge. On the backend, this is a “classic block”. Someone else created this website, and I inherited it.

Welcome to the members-only area of the RRCC website. Here you’ll find links to membership directories, the Gear Swap Forum, and other documentation.

    Steven,

Maybe this is more clear. In Edge the page heading reads “Protected: Members Area” with text on the right hand side, but only whitespace on the left hand side. In Chrome on my machine I see text on both the right hand and left hand sides, which is expected and was there last I checked like two days ago. A user alerted me to this. Thanks again for your help.

ON both, the left hand side of the page is a big empty square!

Inspecting shows just a div with no content.

But the div with content is on the backend. I see it. I took out a word and reentered it, updated, etc., and so I know it’s viable. Why would the div be missing the content in Edge and Firefox, and one user reported also in Chrome? Thank you

    I have no idea!

This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

Thank you. I looked at the backend in both browsers and they are identical. OK I’ll try. Thanks again…will someone else who might have an idea see this and respond?
