page-sitemap.xml never loads but all others do.

All my site maps open without issue on this page but one;

the only one i need to work does not work;
https://www.de173.com/page-sitemap.xml

Tried turning off save, then back on the sitemap feature nothing helps. they did work when I installed Yoast over a year ago but at some point guess it became broken.

Ran the Corn Job “wpseo-reindex-links” finished without issue, still does not work.

Using the latest Yoast Version 11.7, WP Version 5.2.2, PHP Version 7.1.1
